A glance into the final phase of the marketing
 
and public relations efforts   
   
Pikes Peak PRSA welcomes Doug Habgood, Championship Director, and Sarah Knowlton, Marketing and Public Relations Director, from the 2008 U.S. Senior Open.  Learn what goes into the final, and most crucial stage of planning for this major event.  Discussion includes putting on a Defending Champion Media Day, the media credentialing process, press releases for championship details, ticket sales and advanced media work that will go into the event.
 
Cost
$15 for PRSA members
$20 for non-members
$15 for students with a valid student ID
Cost includes lunch. Attendees may pay at the door by check or cash.  
No shows and cancellations after the RSVP deadline will be invoiced.

May/June promotion - Join National, Get the First Year Chapter Free
Encourage your prospects to join PRSA in May and June and save money when they do. National subsidizes the cost of the first year Chapter dues. They pay $290 ($225 dues plus $65 initiation fee). Former members who lapsed at least one year ago are also eligible. Not valid for Associate memberships. Promotion kits were mailed Tues, April 22, to all membership chairs or to presidents if no membership chair is named (with a single set to all administrators).  Important: new members must reference promotion code CHAP2008 in order to receive this offer.
