Lifetime Achievement Award

 Name of Award:  The Pinnacle Award
     Given for outstanding lifetime achievement in the field of public relations.

Nomination Criteria

1.  Nominees must be a member in good standing of PRSA and the Pikes Peak Chapter in any membership category.

2.  Nominees must have a minimum of 20 years experience in the field of PR.

3.  Nominees must have made significant contributions to the chapter in a leadership position.

4.  Nominees must have demonstrated exceptional professional capability during their career.

5.  Nominees must have contributed to the advancement of the profession through their work.

6.  Nominees must exhibit personal and professional qualities that make them role models for other PR practitioners.

Nomination Process:

1.  Open to Pikes Peak Chapter members; self-nominations are not permitted.

2.  Nominations must be limited to three typewritten pages.

3.  Nominations must be submitted to the chapter awards chair by 5 p.m. on Oct. 15. Submissions can be sent via email to Danielle Nieves Oller at doller@ppld.org or by mail to 5550 N. Union Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80918.

4.  Award selection will be made by a board of five active chapter members selected by the awards chair;  final approval rests with the chapter board of directors.

5.  Award presentation will be made by the chapter president during the chapter’s November luncheon meeting.
