Don Miles, APR+M, Fellow PRSA, will provide an overview of Crisis Communications Planning. The presentation will help attendees identify potential “crisis “ situations, assess the need for a plan, and learn how to start the planning process.

Miles will share some of the key lessons he has learned in planning for a myriad of events.
