The Pikes Peak Chapter of PRSA gives local awards to recognize the achievements in Public Relations of individual and organizations in the Pikes Peak region.
Pinnacle Award is awarded for lifetime achievement in the field of public relations. Recipient must be a member in good standing of PRSA and the Pikes Peak Chapter with a minimum of 20 years experience in the field of Public Relations.
Vista Award is awarded for outstanding use of Public Relations in support of the citizens of the Pikes Peak Chapter service are, where the recipient does not serve professionally in the field of Public Relations.
Peak PRo Excellence in PR Award is awarded to an individual or organization for PR work that stands out as exceptionally effective, creative and/or inspiring, and exhibits personal and professional qualities that make them role models for other PR practitioners.
Fred W. Morgan Scholarship is awarded to a new professional who has been in the PR field between one and five years and is not yet a member of PRSA. Scholarship covers the dues ($300 value) for the first year and provides an opportunity for Board service.
Anvil Awards are nationally recognized PRSA awards honoring outstanding contributions to the public relations profession. The Silver Anvil Awards celebrate the best public relations programs of the year and the highest standards of performance in public relations. The Bronze Anvil Awards recognize outstanding public relations tactics that contribute to the success of overall programs or campaigns.
