Starting this January, we will begin paid sponsorships. We will have sponsorship opportunities for monthly luncheons, our annual workshop and other events to be determined. The sponsor and chapter president will sign an agreement with payment to the chapter treasurer afterwards.

CHAPTER OBLIGATIONS FOR LUNCHEON SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Logo and name will be shown on event graphic. “Sponsored by ______” with logo. Sponsor will send logo to the president and communications chair.
2. Website Sponsorship Page. (Name and logo will stay on Sponsorship Page till Dec. 31, 2023)
3. Promote sponsor on E-mail Newsletter and Social Media Channels on at least a Weekly Basis in conjunction with event promotion. Channels will be LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Firm and owner’s individuation name will be tagged or linked when available.
4. Provide 2 minutes to allow firm spokesperson to discuss firm services. This will occur before the keynote luncheon speaker’s introduction.
5. Provide firm the opportunity to place marketing materials on tables prior to the event.
6. Firm and owner will be recognized one time in a post event promotion.

Sponsorship Levels
- $150 per luncheon at Tesla and 1 free ticket.
- $200 for Broadmoor Luncheon (media panel) and 1 free ticket.
- $300 for Workshop and 1 free ticket.
